Metro Manila, Philippines - August 9, 2012 : A government operated truck full of garbage was abandoned along the road of the city proper in the nation capital with some of its cargoes were spilled. This environmental problem is one of the issue not address by the Philippine government and also pose as a threat to the health of the people nearby.
